RFOX VALT

Would love to have the option to "pin" the wrist watch menu in VR. A small pin icon in the top corner can be toggled. By doing so, every time I tap the menu button on my controller, the menu appears locked right in front of me, and I can use whichever arm/controller to interact with the menu. Menu would look much like in the mobile version, but ofc sized and placed for VR purposes This just makes it easier for me personally to use the menu. Also might reduce the risk of VR newbies not "finding" the menu.

sound control on the mobile was off. I tried to adjust the music volume, but the sound control, usually on the right side of the navigation screen was not visible. also tried via the menu, background volume, which had no effect on the music volume. only by adjusting the mobile volume itself it worked. By selecting the buttons for volume adjustment on the mobile, the control bar for the volume appear on screen. can this be done directly somehow? 3 clicks upper right corner? there should be audio (in and out) controls available at all times,

since the latest build the vertical selection panel buttons seem to have grown, hence it does not fit to screen anymore

I think the mobile experience could be greatly improved if you found a way to make the "right joystick" on mobile not feel like a joystick, but be more responsive to touch patterns. It's not a problem, I just think it would be a better experience if it responded better to touch/drag speeds and patterns, instead of this invisible joystick function where we have to "drag and hold" in order to turn

The CitiXen selection screen takes REALLY long to load and when I scroll across, the loaded CitiXen disappeared. May I suggest that a loading bar is put in to indicate when all CitiXens owned have loaded for selection (makes me stop thinking the VALT app isn't working)

I thought this was already reported, but I can't find it in here. I think that a mandatory user tutorial would be smart, as an introduction to the Valt. Use that opportunity to motivate users towards the social aspects, creation, XP/rewards, etc. The tutorial should be in an environment that is relevant to the Valt, to build the excitement and feel to it. I remember a space-station video a while back. of some guy waking up and making a coffee. Out the window he could see the Valt. That could be a cool starting point for such a tutorial. Key point: Gotta easily equip the user with the tools and knowledge to prepare for the Valt user experience.

On loading the Valt, ready player me is obviously the default avatar choice. To me it makes sense to have the rfox avatars as default, so users are required to select their ready player one avatar as a choice. If the user doesn't have a citixen, there could be a boxed out area stating 'you currently do not have an RFOX citixen. They are available to purchase <insert link> I just know from experience, that I will opt for the default if I'm feeling lazy, or think people won't be in there. It starts to become the image that identifies me e.g trendy santa, and could devalue having the citixen. Just a thought.

The wrist menu is pretty cool, but it's not very immersive. I know it is normal in VR apps, but it feels very "flat". Seeing how well the AI understands what we say (in English), I thought it could be freakin' awesome and logical to have a Voice prompt option while walking around in the Valt. "Hey Lake": make me a sky box that looks like... bring me my pet. (Lake asks: "which of these?" (User clicks the one it wants)). Who is online and where are people? Which events are ongoing? Change the wall texture to... Send the following message in rfox's Discord: "..." Start live stream Start recording Create a couch that looks like...... Modify the district to look more like... I think this would be so damn cool. Maybe you can also add an option where people can change what they want the Voice prompt to react to? "Hey AI", "Hey Siri", "Yo Mike", "Hey numbnut", "Hey assistant", etc

was playing rfox run on android. would it make sense to rotate the screen 90° counterclockwise? with the current view its too small and its not impacted by the auto-rotate on the mobile device itself. Thx.
