Would be cool to have weather effects like rain, snow and wind, to really add emotion to the space. Could be varied between quarters based on the events happening as well.

This had been spoken of before but hazy on the details. Would be good to revisit once the development of VALT is at a point to introduce this sort of stuff. I don't think people would mind the rain as much if they aren't getting wet and it's not cold! Haha. The effects would be sweet through Oculus.

Having a randomly generated rain/snow/weather system similar to real life would be cool. Or a "Weather Room" to go in and manually select different types of weather you wish to experiment with in VALT.
