It would help if there was a communication tool where shop owners and interested tenants could connect and chat to discuss terms of rental or purchase. A chatting service where they could communicate in private and know the communication is secure, not using discord, or Facebook, or twitter where things are easily compromised for both parties.

perhaps a chat section in the shop owners portal where they can view messages sent to them for their shop specifically, and a public portal where anyone looking to rent or buy can send a message to a shop owner on the blockchain for them to view. This would need to be done in a way where the messages are not able to be read by anyone except the two talking.
