I had a thought as follows:-

How about a dedicated district to RFOX DAO? A space where its own community can build a part of their own metaverse? (Similar to decentraland, roblox etc).

The land could be divided out to the same scale/ratio as the already existing RFOX nfts. E.g a studio and a non OG, gets you a 5x5 metre plot (small store front), a standard and non OG gets you a 8x8 (larger storefront), a penthouse and an OG gets you a 20x20 (room for a small experience e.g like the kogs slam arena) and a sky and an OG gets you a 50x50 (potential for a small experience and a storefront)(Numbers used as an example and are not accurate)

Each plot is airdropped to owners of those nfts on a certain date after screenshot. They are available as an nft itself which is tradeable on the market, but only activated when used in conjunction with the corresponding avatars.

This will create demand for nfts on the secondary market, and in turn make the vfox/nft staking pool more desireable due to increased traffic on the secondary market. It will also offer an emersive store front for the ai generated nfts to be sold (due to there being no ability for apartment holders to sell product directly), as well as giving an airdrop to buyers of the original nfts.

I'm not sure how easy it would be to implement/build. I would be open to offering my district as a space if required.
