Private/hosted instances

This is benefitial in order to have "tours" of the shops, and also for events/interviews that people can attend. (A metaverse version of "twitter spaces")
Would be great to be able to host private instances for walkthroughs, interviews, AMAs, business meetings etc. Would have to be done carefully to make sure the official/open instances don't get emptied.
Suggestion on different levels of control:
- RFOX can host private instances on VALT level (or quarter level).
- Shop owners can host private instances in their shops. When they invite people in (community, partners, etc), they can choose that everyone is muted as standard, and RFOX can "point" on a person and click "invite to speak".
- CitiXens owners can host private instances in their apartments. When they invite people in (community, friends, colleagues, etc), they can choose that everyone is muted as standard, and RFOX can "point" on a person and click "invite to speak".
Example:
I as a shop owner create an invite link that I share to people I want to invite. We meet in an empty instance where I can control who is able to speak or only listen. (A person raises their hand to say a word. I point+click on a person and invite that person to speak.

Would be great for touring your prospective tenants around VALT and talking with them whilst actually looking at the layout. A combination of the visual/walkthrough with discussion could be powerful.

To be able to have private meetings & walkthroughs with potential business partners, tenants, etc. without risking anyone walking in.
Not something immediately needed perhaps, but I would not talk business in there with open instances.

As a workaround, you can do this by jumping to a specific shop now. Others could do this but it seems very rarely used

Kinda similar to twitter spaces and discord AMAs. I know this could be done in apartments, but would also be great to be able to walk into the quarters/shops and show/talk freely.
