Following my post in the shop owner channel 31st of october 2022, I thought I'd post it in here too, to get some updates and a response from RFOX on the matter. Especially as time passes and you all have tried it more. I have now spent a few more hours in there, and I still come to the same conclusion for Arkamoto. I find it very chaotic. I keep falling down levels to an extent where I rage quit, as it takes me too long to walk back up to the top or find the spot I was in. I still struggle to find the shops I'm looking for. Walking on pathways on mobile is also a nono. It takes forever to turn and walk.
So:
1-Shopping area:
I still don't like the multi-leveled approach to the shopping area around/below the arena. they felt like a part of the arena itself. I still hope that you can put the shops on a leveled playingfield to accomodate easy shop-visiting and an easier walk-around. (see pics) If you want people to be able to go up/down besides shopping, just make some walkways on the outer perimiter or something.
2-Event arena:
The multi-layered e-sports arena itself is cool, to be able to stand/sit on different levels and watch events like that, allthough it's hard to imagine how you're envisioning the esport events to actually take place in that small center spot. A stage of some type is needed imo.

Thanks for this. I will share it with the art team. We have discussed this and do have plans. Our current focus is to improve the points above, along with many others to bring these levels and products up to Beta level so that we can move out of MVP.
The collision is being worked on daily bit by bit, it is a large level and the balancing of performance and optimisation is constantly going on in the background with each update.
