RFOX VALT

Add reflection or texture to the water to Callinova. Making it plain blue just looks like normal floor that has blue paint

We have noticed the nice reflections when looking at some of the glossy paint/shiny surfaces in the VALT. When we look directly at something with a reflection, why can't we see our own avatar?
