From "Mkwf" A place on the shop owner portal where prospective tenants can potentially view what shops might have open offers for tenants to accept, or for tenants to make offers to all/specific shop owners to potentially accept. This would need to be manage by a smart contract. So that payments are managed autimatically when the offer is made and then accepted.
