hi, i staked 10000 tokens rfox finance 16.01.22 and when the time expired i believe i then changed over to VFOX. not sure exactly. i havent been to the site for a while and its all changed but now i cant seem to find my tokens. can you help please

sorry i found them. i now have vfox and some rfox in metamask. what should i do with them?

John: totally up to you what you choose to do with them. There are no pools currently open for staking. VFOX pools will begin soon as a portion of the avatar sales will go to vfox holders and more land sales will happen again soon.
